The '60s
These formative years are influenced by contemporary
aesthetic trends, primarily the informal one, which is experimented in all its possible
artistic forms. From oil painting, sculpture, the use of heterogeneous materials with an
abundance of patterns (models and studies for larger works) that, in a certain period, are
testament to the urge of making, even gestures, almost a "compulsion to repeating" experienced
with passion, but also with the consciousness that one is searching for an expressive form that
is meaningful, which stems directly from an "interiority" that would want to avoid any type of
rational processing.
